Qualifications

• Open availability and flexibility.

• 1+ years in retail and/or guest services.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain Missouri Agent ID.

Responsibilities

• Opening the store and completing opening duties, including setting the floor, bringing out registers, and setting up fulfillment.
• Reviewing the menu and updates as needed.
• Staying up to date with new strains, products, changes in laws, and industry trends.
• Educating patients on cannabis types based on needs/requests.
• Reviewing orders and entering discounts as needed.
• Filling out the store flow chart and overseeing breaks and lunches.
• Moving product from vault into fulfillment to reflect stock.
• Promoting a positive, customer-service focused work environment.
• Verifying paperwork, documentation, and identification of all patients.
• Working with new hires on product and system training.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store.
• Complying with state/local/company policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned by the Manager on-duty or General Manager.
