Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Six months packaging/biotech or pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions per SOPs.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging tasks for flower, edibles, and concentrates with precise weights.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery.
• Train new team members on the job.
• Maintain packaging equipment in good condition.
• Clean machines and setup scales for packaging.
• Report on equipment needs and downtime.
• Provide performance analysis and log downtime to management.
• Complete cGMP training and SOP documentation.
• Check labels for print accuracy (lot #, expiry date) and packaging QA/QC.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Perform line checks and ensure packaging accuracy during orders.
