Job summary

Greenleaf Gardens in the United States is hiring a Processing Technician I to oversee cannabis product development from harvest through packaging. You will ensure clean high-quality medicine for patients, maintain meticulous records, and learn continuously in a ground-up role.

The position emphasizes precision, GMP/SOP adherence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow as the company expands across state markets.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred.
• Experience with cannabis extraction and refinement methods is preferred.
• Lab experience and precise following of directions required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in harvesting, processing and storing medicine.
• Prepare plant materials for extraction.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Record and track weights and measurements throughout processing and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility in processing areas.
• Inspect medicine for defects using magnification tools.
• Assist in cannabis extraction preparation.
• Prepare and trim flowers according to SOPs and GMP.
• Maintain quality control measures for a high-quality product.
• Work in a fast-paced team to meet goals.
• Prepare inventory reports and forecast demand.
• Review processing schedule for key dates and quantities.
• Interact with Metric, inventory systems and Excel reports for tracking.
