Job summary

Ayr Wellness in New Jersey is seeking a Packaging Technician to ensure safe, accurate packaging and labeling of cannabis products. Working within a GMP-conscious team, you will help preserve the integrity of our products from processing through to customers and patients.

The role emphasizes following cGMP, meeting daily production goals, maintaining clean packaging equipment, documenting line performance, and coordinating with Quality Assurance to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in cannabis or packaging preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain state badge.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate filling, packaging and labeling of products per policies.
• Follows cGMP to ensure product safety and efficacy.
• Meets daily production goals set by Management.
• Maintains cleanliness of packaging areas and reports issues.
• Documents line downtime and coordinates with QA to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensures production records are completed accurately.
