Live Parallel seeks Packaging Technicians for its Gainesville facility to join a fast-growing cannabis production team. You will assist in packaging cannabis flower and pre-roll products, verifying weights and labels, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and SOPs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards while contributing to a high-quality patient product. Training spans the first weeks with evening schedules and a 4:30 AM finish, supporting growth in

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Package cannabis flower and pre-roll products according to established standards and procedures.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and Florida medical marijuana regulations.
• Verify product quality, weights, counts, labels, and packaging accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and manage raw materials needed for production runs.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Calibrate, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment and tools.
• Complete production documentation, maintenance logs, and required records accurately.
• Support efficient line setup, changeovers, and breakdown activities.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Partner with other departments to support overall facility objectives.
