Job summary

Clear Colorado Group in Colorado is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing The Clear products per quality and compliance standards.

Starting pay is $19.29 per hour. Benefits include health, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for growth within a national cannabis brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED Badge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment.
• Complete production and work order documentation accurately.
• Organize and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) inventory areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support additional production and packaging activities as assigned.

• Cannabis industry packaging experience preferred
• Experience operating industrial or automated equipment
• Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance-driven environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for packaging, labeling, and product handling
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist as needed in a production environment
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
