Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate in Xenia, OH to support packaging, labeling, and product handling in a fast-paced environment. You will follow established standards, maintain cleanliness, and assist with quality control while working with plant materials.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around pollen/dust. Pay range is $17 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits in a regulated cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities
