Cresco Labs is hiring for a production/packaging role in Springfield, OH. The position emphasizes precise measuring, labeling, packaging, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualified candidates should have 1 year (2–3 preferred) of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow strict procedures while using Windows-based software and POS tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus

Responsabilités

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
