Job summary

Made By A Farmer in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Packaging Technician to support the Packaging Manager in compliant packaging of cannabis products. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and hands-on work in a regulated facility.

You will handle packaging, labeling, inventory records, and SOP/GMP compliance, with a Monday–Friday day shift and occasional overtime. 21+ and background check required; cannabis industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production or manufacturing.
• Able to work 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong math and inventory experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 21+ years old and able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean packaging materials.
• Package jars and carts, and operate gummy pouch lines.
• Maintain clean, safe packaging area and inventory records.
• Follow SOPs, GMP/GLP protocols.
• Assist in other facility areas as needed.
