Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to finalize finished units and support the packaging line. You will assist the Packaging Machine Operator, verify weights, apply labels, and help with bagging and maintenance in a fast-paced cannabis processing environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age for legal compliance.
• Must pass Federal and State background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of packaging/production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review finished units to verify correct weight and detect defects.
• Apply all necessary labels to products.
• Count units into predetermined case pack sizes.
• Calibrate scaling equipment for accuracy.
• Assist in daily cleaning of packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot with Packaging Machine Operator when issues arise.
• Pre-open machine bags and maintain bag supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
