Verano Holdings Corp. seeks a Packaging Specialist to support assembling and packaging cannabis products within a cultivation facility. You will weigh, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to dispensaries, while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks. This is a full-time position based on-site with standard warehouse hours.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products for shipment.
• Operate packaging equipment such as flow wrap, labeling, and heat-sealing machines.
• Collect QA samples as needed for quality testing.
• Maintain documentation and traceability of activity in the system.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and report issues to QA and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
