Verano Holdings Corp. in Readington, NJ, is seeking a Packaging Specialist to weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products. You will safely operate flow wrap and labeling equipment, collect QA samples, and document all activity in the trace system.

Role requires 1–3 years’ related experience, teamwork, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lb. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule in a regulated cannabis facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
• Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Must have effective time management and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment such as flow wrap and heat-sealing machines.
• Collect samples for QA and transport finished products to the vault.
• Document activity using the company’s track and trace system.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and report to QA.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in production areas.
• Provide support to other cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
