Job summary

Lazy River Products in Dracut, MA is hiring a Production Associate in the Packaging Dept. You will package bulk flower and pre-rolls, apply labels, and use scales to ensure weights meet SOP standards, contributing to finished goods ready for shipment.

You will maintain logs, assist with inventory, support quality control, follow safety rules, and collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Inventory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous Massachusetts cannabis industry, production experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Office Suite applications (Office, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to reliably perform standard mathematical equations pertaining to quantity, weights, and measures.

Responsibilities

• Package accurately, by weight, all flower products offered by Lazy River Products (LRP).
• Accurate use of scales and balances to ensure the weight of products meet regulatory and LRP SOP requirements.
• Apply labels to product packaging accurately and neatly per LRP SOP.
• Maintain department logs, forms, and records with clear and legible writing.
• Perform quality control for products and product labels (information and proper application).
• Assist with inventory audits for products and consumables and communicate with leadership on stock needs.
