Job summary

Vangst is seeking a Packaging Technician in Framingham, MA to join a fast-growing cannabis manufacturing team. This entry-level role supports quality control, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products, reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, with duties expanding as needed.

You’ll work on the packaging line, verify labels, keep production logs, and maintain a clean area. Candidates should be 21+, reside in MA, and have a HS diploma or GED; hospitality or CPG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Hospitality, CPG preferred and/or Kitchen Experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must reside in Massachusetts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with peers, supervisors, and managers.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of brand integrity.
• Must be able to obtain a state badge.

Responsibilities

• Handle packaging tasks as needed across all product lines.
• Participate daily on the packaging assembly line alongside the team.
• Quality-check cannabis goods to confirm they're ready for sale.

We're looking for a motivated Packaging Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Framingham, MA. Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in the quality control, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products.
