TerrAscend is seeking a Full-Time Packaging Lead for our Boonton, NJ facility. You will oversee packaging of manufactured cannabis products, lead Packaging Associates, and ensure safe, compliant production aligned with TerrAscend standards.
You will manage logs, prepare for shifts, and ensure accurate SPC logging and weight tracking while maintaining a high level of teamwork and situational awareness in a diverse team environment.

Our next Full‑Time Packaging Lead will be responsible for the Packaging of manufactured cannabis products for customer consumption. As a Packaging Lead you will report to the Lab Manager and lead a team of Packaging Associates in a coordinated effort to provide safe and effective medicine for consumers in adherence with TerrAscend standards of quality and state rules and regulations.
You will be challenged to work tactically to ensure complete and on time execution of production schedules.
One minute you will be accurately filling out all associated logs and tracking records.
The next minute you will be preparing the room for opening and/or closing of each shift.
And the next minute ensuring team members are completing SPC’s and logging weights appropriately.
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.
This position will be on-site at our Boonton, NJ facility.
This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.
