Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician for our on-site Waterfall, PA facility. You will support processing and packaging activities in a cannabis production environment, ensuring adherence to batch records and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating daily tasks with the department manager and collaborating with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in manufacturing or distribution, strong attention to detail, and good math and English communication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Manufacturing, Production, or Assembly preferred.
• 1–2 years in Distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Self-motivated to learn and improve.
• Strong math skills for unit conversions.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Effective English communication, written and verbal.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the daily production schedule to meet efficiency goals.
• Maintain areas, tools, and equipment in good working order before shifts.
• Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, and surfaces.
• Manufacture products per batch records using manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Inspect work area for safety and eGMP compliance.
• Complete batch records and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
• Support process development and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to TerrAscend process improvements and safety.
• Perform other post-processing, packaging, labeling, and R&D duties as required.
