Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will pick, process, and package customer orders to Cresco quality standards and state regulations.

You will collaborate with the Order Fulfillment Lead to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper labeling for delivery. The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and tolerance for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Solid time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well with peers and communicates effectively.
• Proficiency with basic Excel and Word; general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Confirm packaging and marketing labels on finished goods.
• Create compliance labels using POS system.
• Apply compliance labels to products.
• Verify unit counts and labels against dispensary manifests; minimize rejections.
• Pack and seal finished orders for delivery.
• Schedule orders based on logistics, inventory, and customer requests.
