Job summary

AYR Wellness in the United States is seeking an Operations Planning Analyst to support daily and weekly planning for crops, manufacturing, and packaging. Reporting to the S&OP Data Analytics Manager, you will help maintain data governance and support the monthly S&OP cycle across markets.

The role grows into demand planning and broader market coverage as tools mature, using AI for scheduling, Excel, and Power BI to refresh inputs, manage SKU nomenclature, and provide actionable insights across

Qualifications

2+ years in production planning, supply chain, or demand planning in cannabis, CPG or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI preferred.
Comfort using AI tools to support planning and scheduling workflows.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy across SKUs and planning files.
Clear communication and collaboration with cultivation, manufacturing and operations teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/education experience.

Responsibilities

Crop, Manufacturing & Packaging Planning: align on mom groupings, schedule by strain and flavor, flag supply risks with actions.
S&OP Monthly Cycle Support: refresh inputs, contribute to production plan, join reality-check and finalization calls.
Reporting & Data Governance: upload final packaging plans to Power BI, manage change requests, maintain SKU nomenclature.
