AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory both online and in-store.

This role supports sales by keeping menus current, ensuring AYR policies and regulatory requirements are followed, and reporting to the Retail Inventory Manager and Dispensary Store Manager. The position requires attention to detail, prior retail experience, and the ability to pass background checks and state licensing requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Must meet age requirements as outlined by state cannabis agencies.
• Able to pass background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
• Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure products are properly tagged with state and local paperwork.
• Reconcile inventory with state systems and report any malfunctions.
• Keep a clean, organized shop/storage area for easy access to products.
• Maintain delivery records and invoices per GM and state regulations.
• Ensure all items meet quality standards and specifications.
• Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sales orders.
• Run and maintain inventory level reports.
• Keep store areas, including restrooms, clean, safe, and guest-ready.
