Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a highly analytical Sales & Operations Planning Manager to support and strengthen its S&OP process. Reporting to the Head of S&OP, you will facilitate planning reviews, support inventory and performance objectives, and partner with Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cultivation, and Inventory Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, or related field.
• Experience in both Demand Planning and Supply Planning environments.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning, production planning knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP governance and balance across Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cultivation, and Inventory Management.
• Coordinate planning activities and consolidate risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Document, communicate, and track decisions to completion.
• Prepare materials for Executive S&OP discussions and decision-making.
• Escalate risks and cross-functional issues to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
