Job summary

Blackstone Valley Cannabis in Uxbridge, MA is seeking an Operations Associate to support Production/Packaging, the Extraction Lab, Kitchen and Cultivation. The role emphasizes following SOPs and contributing to efficient, compliant operations.

You will weigh cannabis, package products, assist with preroll and vape packaging, and help with harvest and trimming while maintaining a clean, PPE-compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations related role.
• High school diploma required
• Math skills and use of Excel
• Able to work independently or in teams with judgment and resourcefulness
• Able to sit, stand and perform repetitive motions for long periods
• Must be 21 years of age and pass background checks
• Employer pays approximately 50% of medical and dental insurance

Responsibilities

• Separate out and weigh various forms of cannabis to be packaged
• Assemble finished goods by packaging, filling and labeling
• Demold, sugar and package edible products
• Assist with vape and infused preroll filling and packaging
• Assist with fresh frozen harvest and trimming
• Follow SOPs diligently
• Maintain a clean work environment and wear PPE
• Keep all departments in compliance with regulations
