Planet 13 is seeking a Sales Associate to educate customers about cannabis products and drive sales at our Las Vegas location. You will help customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities include cash handling, maintaining store standards, and staying compliant with state regulations. The role requires availability for all shifts and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 0–3 months related retail experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak effectively with customers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience through education, product knowledge and salesmanship.
• Answer customers' questions regarding price and product use.
• Participate in upselling to reach monthly sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and cannabinoid system.
• Comply with state regulations and cash handling procedures.
• Keep register area clean and accurate cash handling at end of shift.
• Report issues to management on duty.
• Follow company policies and working schedules.
