Job summary

Planet 13 is seeking an Online Fulfillment Associate in Las Vegas to process online orders, pull inventory, build orders in the POS, and stage for dispatch. You’ll ensure compliance with state rules, print labels, provide order totals, and handle outbound calls with customers during account setup.

You will also support profiles in the POS and online ordering platform, maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math and record keeping.
• Proficiency with computer software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory from the pick-pack area and entering products into the customer’s sales order.
• Building and setting up profiles on the POS system.
• Updating order steps in applicable software.
• Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests through product knowledge and salesmanship.
• Create and update online ordering account profiles in the POS system.
• Verify state compliance for compliant sales.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding accounts.
• Assist with apparel ordering and account setup procedures.
