Job summary

Story Cannabis Co. is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to own day-to-day email, SMS, and social media communications strategies for both retail and wholesale channels. You will optimize campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and align with regulatory requirements across markets.

The role involves coordinating with Brand Ambassadors, Creative Services, and the Wholesale team to drive engagement, deliverability and audience growth through data-driven tactics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience with email/SMS channels preferred.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling/publishing and platform best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with a production cadence across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loyalty program communications and campaigns for B2C and B2B.
• Build, QA and deploy email and SMS campaigns per content calendar.
• Ensure compliance language and opt-out language across channels.
• Develop audience segments to optimize digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with Creative Services for assets and copy meeting deadlines.
• Monitor comments and DMs per brand guidelines and escalate issues.
