Claybourne Co. is seeking a seasoned Digital Communications Manager to lead our messaging across e-mail, web content and social channels from Perris, CA. You will own lifecycle communications, email flows, and content direction for product launches and market expansions.

The role focuses on developing and executing email marketing strategy, coordinating with design and web teams, and maintaining brand voice across all digital touchpoints in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years preferred in digital communications, lifecycle marketing or CRM-focused roles
• Proven experience owning e-mail marketing strategy and execution
• Strong copywriting skills with an editorial mindset
• Clear understanding of audience segmentation and message timing
• Highly organized, proactive and self-directed
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Own digital messaging strategy across e-mail, web, and social channels
