The primary role will be either Extraction Technician (solventless and hydrocarbon) or Post-Processing Technician, with cross-training across related roles to ensure operational flexibility. The Tech II will perform specialized tasks, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in equipment maintenance, quality control, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• 2+ years in cannabis-related or manufacturing role; experience in extraction or post-processing preferred.
• Knowledge of production techniques for the assigned role (extraction or post-processing).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tasks related to the assigned role, ensuring quality and safety.
• Cross-train in other roles (extraction, post-processing, audit) to support operations.
• Conduct quality control to ensure product purity and compliance.
• Operate and maintain production equipment; report issues.
• Follow regulatory compliance and safety protocols for cannabis manufacturing.
