Qualifications

• 2+ years in cannabis-related or manufacturing roles, with extraction or post-processing experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the assigned role’s production techniques (extraction or post-processing).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized tasks related to the assigned role, ensuring efficient production, safety, and quality compliance.
• Cross-train in other roles (extraction, post-processing, audit) to provide support when needed.
• Conduct quality control processes and verify product purity and compliance with standards.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting issues to the Manufacturing Lead.
• Follow regulatory compliance and safety protocols for the assigned role.
