Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee extraction and refinement operations, ensuring safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing of cannabis products.

You will support the Director of Manufacturing and Infused Product Manager in process development, equipment installation, and formulation compliance. The role emphasizes maintaining batch records, coordinating materials, and driving production schedules, while upholding regulatory standards across cGMP and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering or similar field required or 2+ years cannabis manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hydrocarbon and CO2 extraction preferred.
• 2+ years of production management experience in a commercial operation.
• Knowledge of GMP and Environmental Health and Safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day extraction and refinement operations.
• Assist with process development and equipment installation in collaboration with vendors.
• Maintain equipment, batch records, and inventory systems.
• Create short and long-term production schedules to meet company needs.
• Develop KPIs to monitor production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure formulations meet compliance, stability, safety, and regulatory requirements.
