Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Scranton, PA, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee extraction and refinement operations in a compliant, safe environment.

You will assist the Director of Manufacturing with process development, equipment installation, batch records, production scheduling, and KPI development while ensuring GMP, OSHA and state regulations are met. This onsite role requires strong organization and team leadership to coordinate with vendors and the Infused Product Manager to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering or similar field.
• Experience with hydrocarbon or CO2 extraction.
• 2+ years managing production, staff, and resources.
• Knowledge of GMP and Environmental Health and Safety rules.
• Experience in cannabis manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day extraction and refinement operations.
• Assist Director of Manufacturing with process development and equipment installation.
• Maintain batch records and production schedules.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Infused Product Manager on formulations.
• Hire, train and manage Manufacturing team.
