Jushi Holdings Inc. in Lackawanna County, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee extraction and refinement operations at our facility.

You will support the Director of Manufacturing and Infused Product Manager, ensuring compliant, efficient production of cannabis-infused products while leading a team of operators. The role emphasizes cGMP compliance, safety, and quality control, with responsibilities spanning process development, scheduling, materials management, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years cannabis manufacturing experience.
• GMP knowledge and regulatory awareness required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day extraction and refinement operations and ensure a safe, efficient, productive and positive work environment
• Assist Director of Manufacturing with process development and equipment selection and installation in collaboration with vendors and partners
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned as required
• Maintain batch records for all materials and in-process materials in all tracking systems
• Manage raw materials and coordinate material and resource allocation
• Create and manage production schedules to meet company needs
• Develop and maintain KPIs for monitoring operational efficiency
• Ensure formulations meet all compliance, safety, and quality requirements
• Responsible for formulation and packaging of cannabis infused products
• Prepare, operate, and maintain formulation and manufacturing equipment
• Maintain inventory records for all raw materials and production batches
• Manage resources and allocate within Manufacturing team
• Hire, train and manage team to company standards
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA and state regulations in manufacturing
• Utilize ERP, QMS, and seed-to-sale software for tracking
• Partner with technology and compliance teams to ensure regulatory documentation and counts
