Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee extraction and refinement operations at our Scranton-area facility. You will ensure safe, compliant production, manage schedules, and drive process improvements in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in hydrocarbon/CO2 extraction, GMP, and ERP/QMS systems. A strong background in manufacturing and team management is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering or similar field, or at least 2 years of cannabis manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hydrocarbon extraction and CO2 extraction preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing production, staff, and resources in a commercial manufacturing operation.
• Knowledge of GMP and Environmental Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of extraction and chemical processing techniques.
• Previous commercial cannabis extraction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day extraction and refinement operations.
• Assist Director of Manufacturing with process development and equipment installation.
• Maintain equipment, run batch records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
