Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Packaging Lead to oversee day-to-day packaging operations at the manufacturing level. You will manage schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the packaging team to meet quality and safety standards while reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with label printing systems. Candidates with cannabis industry background are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Previous experience in cannabis industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day packaging schedules with the Packaging Supervisor and Packaging Manager.
• Monitor production schedules and generate product labels using Nicelabel and ZDesign.
• Conduct primary label inspections for regulatory compliance and internal standards.
• Maintain communication to obtain secondary label approvals prior to print execution.
• Ensure label printing jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Set the pace of the packaging department to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot packaging and labeling equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assemble and perform primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for all cannabis products.
• Operate, maintain, and clean packaging and labeling equipment per safety standards.
• Perform data entry and record keeping for traceability and compliance.
• Ensure traceability logs and Chain of Custody records are complete.
