Confidential, a cannabis manufacturing company in Virginia, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee dry flower, infused products, and a team of Assistant Managers, Production Leads, and Specialists. You will drive production schedules, ensure GMP/ISO compliance, and optimize quality and cost across the facility.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching leaders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and partnering with HR to manage workforce.

Formación

• 3+ years in a manufacturing facility or cannabis facility.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in a regulated field.
• Knowledge of six sigma and continuous improvement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the production department operations in the assigned facility.
• Motivate and develop the production team through servant leadership and feedback.
• Develop and meet the production schedule of manufactured goods and assist in schedule execution.
• Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.
