Qualifications

• 3+ years cannabis product manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary production role, managing operations, quality control, and staff.
• Cross-train in other production areas to support flexibility.
• Maintain and enforce strict quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance for the assigned role.
• Maintain logs, batch records, and reports for production.
