STIIIZY, INC. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the manufacturing team by accurately recording production and inventory data into company systems. This entry-level role offers on-site work and a path to grow within cannabis operations.

You'll learn METRC and internal inventory systems, enter data from paper forms and spreadsheets, and maintain organized records for audits. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or cannabis environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with METRC or an inventory management system is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Enters production, inventory, and transfer of information from paper forms and spreadsheets into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Double-checks entries against source documents and flags errors or missing information to a lead or supervisor.
• Prints and applies package tags and labels and helps prepare manifests under the direction of senior data entry staff.
• Scans, organizes, and files paperwork and electronic records so they are easy to locate during audits.
• Supports inventory and cycle counts by recording quantities and helping reconcile simple discrepancies.
• Keeps daily logs and trackers current and updates batch status as product moves through the facility.
• Pulls basic reports from internal systems when requested by the team.
• Partners with production, warehouse, and quality teams to collect missing paperwork or clarify information.
• Learns METRC and internal inventory systems through on-the-job training and applies best practices as skills grow.
• Maintains a clean, organized workstation and follows all security and confidentiality procedures.
