Job summary

STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to support the manufacturing team with accurate recording of production, inventory, and transfers in our systems.

You will learn METRC and internal inventory processes through on-the-job training while maintaining organized, audit-ready records. Under supervision, you will enter data from paper forms and spreadsheets, print labels, and assist with manifests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or cannabis environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with METRC or an inventory management system is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company policies, SOPs, and state cannabis regulations.
• Enters production, inventory, and transfer information from paper forms and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Double-checks entries against source documents and flags errors for supervisor.
• Prints and applies package tags and labels and helps prepare manifests under supervision.
• Scans, organizes, and files paperwork and electronic records for easy audit access.
• Supports inventory and cycle counts by recording quantities and reconciling simple discrepancies.
• Keeps daily logs and trackers current and updates batch status as products move through the facility.
• Pulls basic reports from internal systems when requested by the team.
• Partners with production, warehouse, and quality teams to collect missing paperwork.
