Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a data-entry clerk to support cannabis manufacturing operations in California. You will enter and verify data, maintain METRC records, and ensure inventory is accurately classified and accessible.

A minimum of 1 year data-entry experience, METRC knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office are required. This role includes lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, and a 21+ age minimum; we offer paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently knowledgeableand compliantwith allRulesand Regulations.Followscompany policies and state guidelines.
• Compiles, verifiesaccuracy,and sorts information according to priorities.
• Transfer data from paper and electronic files into a database system.
• Sorts and organizes electronic files after entering data.
• Maintains files of source documents or other informationrelativeto data entered.
• Performsdata-entry tasks, making tags and manifests.
• Reviewsdata for deficiencies or errors.
• Audits Inventory Control Forms with METRC, Air Tabel and other internal data systems toidentifydiscrepancies.
• Ensures proper classification and accuracy of inventory.
• Assistsin or performs the filing and storage of security and backup data files.Retrievesdata and reports from databasesasrequested.
• Ensuresaccuracy on all received orders.Identifyand escape any discrepancies to management.
• Complieswithcompany commitments andobjectives.
• Maintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, quarantine, handling, and storage requirements inMETRCand other databases.

This position starts at $22.00/hour.

• Strong computer & clerical skills. Technicalexpertise.

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 1-yearpreviousdata entry experience.
• Proven experience as a METRC data entry clerk with a high degree of accuracy.
• Possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System orERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)necessary.
• METRCknowledgerequired.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be over 21 years ofage
• METRC experiencerequired.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanicalassistance
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
