Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, and delivery scheduling for GTI products. You will ensure DOT compliance, coordinate with production and sales, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines, with a focus on safety and process improvement in a fast‑paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with supervisory exposure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must understand and comply with company regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day processing and shipping operations for GTI products.
• Route vehicles daily to customer and company locations while complying with DOT rules.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory and Sales to meet objectives and address issues.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure drivers operate in compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain fulfillment schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with cannabis waste documentation and records.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventories and report results.
• Coordinate with leads and managers to align cross‑department activities.
