Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in the United States is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily processing and shipping of products. You will create, schedule, and track outbound delivery appointments, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

You will coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives, manage warehousing and shipping activities, and supervise hourly staff to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations.
• Create, schedule, and track outbound product delivery appointments.
• Ensure discrepancies are logged by end of business day.
• Route daily vehicle movements while complying with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure drivers comply with laws and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with shipping documents and waste profiles as needed.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Collaborate with leads and managers to coordinate inter-department operations.
