Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products to customers, maintaining on-time schedules and delivering exceptional service. You will handle safe vehicle operation, route planning, and compliance with state regulations while representing GTI professionally.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (including mornings, days, nights and weekends).
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle maintenance and perform routine tasks (changing tires, check fluids).
• Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery and return manifests completed.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
