US Cannalytics in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Laboratory Manager to oversee ISO/IEC 17025 testing operations, lead analytical chemists, and ensure timely, compliant results across HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS. This hands-on leadership role requires strong regulatory knowledge and quality systems to drive throughput while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory management experience.
• Experience in a regulated analytical lab and ISO/IEC 17025 familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, and ICP-MS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and data integrity skills.

Aufgaben

• Direct and oversee daily analytical laboratory operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant testing.
• Manage analytical workflows across HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, and applicable microbiological testing methods.
• Monitor daily sample production, laboratory capacity, instrument availability, and turnaround times.
• Coordinate staffing, laboratory schedules, and workload distribution for production efficiency.
• Anticipate operational needs with increased sample volumes, inspections, and accreditation activities.
• Perform hands-on laboratory activities to support production as needed.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement throughput improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of client reports and regulatory data trends.
