Job summary

Vireo Health seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Technician to support the Supply Chain Manager in stock control, picking, packing, and shipping for retail locations. You will perform cycle counts, monitor movements, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse and vault.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, regulatory compliance for medicated inventory, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. 21+ age required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in inventory management preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Familiar with electronic inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BioTrack, Leaf Logix, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking and packing of orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Perform routine cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Update inventory movements in the system and maintain accuracy.
• Support receiving, labeling, and storing of goods in warehouse and vault.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for cannabis inventory.
• Operate a skid steer or other equipment as needed.
• Assist in process improvements and special projects.
