Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage stock levels and ensure demand is met across stores. You will work cross-functionally to optimize inventory flow, pricing accuracy, and product knowledge while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires hands-on inventory management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Leaflogix and POS systems. A flexible schedule and focus on loss prevention are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in dispensary, retail, hospitality, or customer service (2+ years).
• Strong computer skills, experience with web browsers, retail POS systems and payment terminals.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels to meet gross profit goals.
• Maintain floor inventory and flag items at risk with actionable strategies.
• Track pricing and stock levels on the online menu and Leaflogix.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of inventory management and flow.
• Document discrepancy reports and corrective actions to minimize loss.
