Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a retail team in delivering high-quality customer service. You will manage daily inventory, input data into the system, and keep products in FIFO order while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes compliance, training, and excellent patient care. A background in retail or dispensary settings, strong math and cash handling skills, and flexibility for weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train others about products.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure product assortment, and communicate inventory actions with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to guide product choices based on cannabis consumption methods.
• Receive new deliveries, verify manifests in MJ Freeway, and report discrepancies for correction.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with the Store Manager.
• Handle cash accurately and ensure proper paperwork during operations.
• Follow safety and security procedures for opening and closing, and maintain an organized store.
• Collaborate with management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
