Job summary

TerrAscend is hiring an Inventory Supervisor to oversee medicated product inventories and regulatory reporting. You will ensure accurate tracking of batches, expiration dates, and product movements, while enforcing controls and coordinating with production and compliance teams.

You will lead a team, manage real-time data in inventory systems, and drive procedures to minimize losses. A strong analytical mindset and knowledge of cannabis regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required or preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, preferably in regulated industries such as cannabis.
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience creating and/or implementing process changes and improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inventory process for medicated products.
• Maintain records of product quantities, batches, expiration dates, and movements in the inventory system.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Collaborate with production teams for timely and accurate recording of production activities.
• Ensure system audits align Wherefour, Metrc, and physicals.
• Coordinate with departments to address discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure production inventory is tested and reported for internal and state reporting.
