Job summary

CULTA is seeking an Inventory Operations Supervisor to lead the inventory team and oversee the flow of products in the dispensary. The role enforces SOPs and state regulations for receiving, packaging, and processing cannabis inventory.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring accuracy across inventory tracking systems, while fostering a compliant, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; onsite work; 21+ years old; pass background check.
• Ideal candidate has 2+ years in cannabis retail; knowledge of METRC; College degree in business/math/science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs for inventory receiving, packaging, and processing.
• Implement inventory tracking systems designated by Management.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and security policies.
• Assist in inventory audit processes and ensure counts match systems.
• Monitor inventory deliveries and optimize operational efficiencies.
