Job summary

Glass Meadows Inc. in Newton, New Jersey, is seeking an Inventory Technician to maintain accurate inventory records for consumables across the organization.

You will conduct cycle counts, manage transactions, receive and distribute materials, and ensure materials are available for daily operations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory or logistics, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a cannabis environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly cycle counts of consumables and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive deliveries, verify against purchase orders, and organize storage.
• Deliver supplies to departments and maintain check-in/check-out logs.
• Support vault organization, audits, and compliance with SOPs.
