Job summary

Glass Meadows, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Technician in Newton, New Jersey to support inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain stock levels, prepare deliveries, and execute inventory tasks to meet outgoing orders while adhering to NJ regulations. The role requires hands-on experience in fulfillment/logistics within a regulated industry, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and collaboration with production and sales teams in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory systems like Metrc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine audits.
• Pull products from adequate inventory levels to fulfill orders and prevent overstock.
• Prepare and ship customer orders promptly.
• Coordinate transport manifests and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams.
