Job summary

Glass Meadows Inc. is seeking an Inventory Technician to maintain accurate inventory records for consumables across the organization.

You will support procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and vault operations by performing cycle counts, managing transactions, receiving materials, and ensuring accuracy for daily operations. The role collaborates with the Procurement Coordinator and Operations team to ensure materials are available and properly stored, with safety and compliance in mind.

Role Summary

The Inventory Technicianis responsible formaintainingaccurateinventory records for all consumable materials used throughout the organization. This role supports procurement, fulfillment,logistics, and vault operations by conducting routine cycle counts, managing inventory transactions,receivingand distributing consumables, and ensuring inventory accuracy across all departments. The Inventory Technician works closely with the Procurement Coordinator and Operations team to ensure materials are available to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

InventoryManagement

  • Conduct weekly cycle counts of all consumable inventory, including but not limited to packaging, vape hardware, labels, tubes, boxes, ingredients, and other operational supplies.
  • Conduct weekly vault cycle counts andassistinmaintaininginventory accuracy within the vault.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies andassistwith corrective actions.
  • Maintainaccurateinventory records and inventory transactions within company systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages to the Procurement Coordinator.

Receiving & Procurement Support

  • Assist the Procurement Coordinator with receiving deliveries of consumable materials.
  • Verify received quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Organize andmaintainconsumable inventory storage areas.

Inventory Distribution

  • Deliver consumables and operational supplies to departments as needed.
  • Maintain inventory check‑in and check‑out logs to ensure accountability of issued materials.
  • Coordinate material requests from departments and ensuretimelyfulfillment.
  • Monitor department inventory usage and communicate trends or concerns.

Operational Support

  • Assist Fulfillment and Logistics teams as needed to support operational demands.
  • Assistwith vault organization and inventory audits.
  • Support inventory‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assistwith scheduling routine maintenance for inventory‑related equipment and storage areas as assigned.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintainaccurateinventory records and documentation.
  • Provide regular inventory reports and cycle count results to management.
  • Follow all company SOPs, security requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure inventory processes are performed accurately and consistently.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of inventory, warehouse,logistics, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but notrequired.

  • Familiarity with industry environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, and cannabis‑related odors.
  • Understanding ofworkplace safety and hazard prevention practices.
  • Able tolift upto 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • Must be at least 21 years old tocomply withstate regulations.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks,fingerprintingand state ID badging.
