Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Logistics Manager in Pennsylvania to lead the Logistics Support Team, drive flawless go-to-market execution, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, coordinate with Sales and Distribution, manage delivery operations, routing, fleet, and event support, and oversee inventory and payments. Qualifications

• 3 years of customer-facing responsibilities and account management.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Team with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee daily delivery operations, routing, and fleet sizing.
• Support product deliveries, payments, and events as needed.
• Manage inventory and event materials; coordinate CRM reporting and expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across field activities.
